Wibosoft Infraestructura Digital Integrada S.A. de C.V. (WiboSoft), located in Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data you provide on this Domus website, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

When you request a demo: your name, the name of your community or condominium, number of homes, your role, email and phone or WhatsApp. If you use "Build your Domus", also your answers about how your community operates. We do not ask for sensitive data.

How we use it

To contact you, schedule and run the demo, prepare your proposal, activate your trial and follow up. Your request is handled by an advisor from our sales team in our internal system, which only the staff serving you can access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

"Build your Domus"

When you answer the "Build your Domus" questions, the text is sent to Google (Gemini service) to recommend modules with artificial intelligence. Google processes it as our provider and only to deliver that service to us.

• We keep your answers and the result for up to 90 days so you can attach them to your demo request. If you request a demo, they become part of it.
• To limit the number of requests we keep an anonymous code that changes every day; we do not store your IP address.
• The result is guidance, may contain errors and is not a quote. Price and scope are confirmed by a person during the demo.

Please don’t include residents’ personal data or confidential information in your answers.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not use cookies or analytics tools. Our team’s internal panel uses a session cookie that is necessary to sign in.

Service providers

To operate we use providers for web hosting, email and artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). They process data only to provide their service to us, and some may be located outside Mexico.

How long we keep it

Demo requests, for as long as needed to serve you and during our business relationship. "Build your Domus" answers that are not attached to a request, for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by writing to contacto@wibosoft.com.mx. We reply within 20 business days.

Residents’ data on the platform

This notice covers the public website. The data each community records on the Domus platform belongs to that community; we process it on its behalf and under the service agreement.
